Write for us

Radiant Festival Guide welcomes thoughtful proposals about planning, programs, festival spaces, shared rituals, and ways of keeping memories. We are looking for clear, original ideas that give readers something useful to consider without requiring a costly kit or specialist knowledge.

What makes a good pitch

Tell us the central idea, who it may help, and what makes the subject worth a reader's time. Strong proposals have a distinct angle, practical limits, and a clear point of view. We welcome explainers, comparisons, background pieces, myth-checking, and occasion-specific planning ideas.

Keep it grounded

Proposals should not depend on invented experience, unverified claims, or instructions that require professional judgment. Disclose relevant commercial interests and any use of AI-generated material. We may ask for clarification or decline a proposal that does not fit our coverage.

How to send a proposal

Send pitches through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short summary, and a brief note about your approach. Please send a proposal rather than a completed article unless we have agreed otherwise.
